With over 25 years of international experience, she has led diverse teams across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia, combining financial expertise with a deep commitment to developing leaders and using technology as a catalyst for growth and progress.
Claudia is recognized for guiding organizations through transformation and disruption. She has shaped global strategies, advised boards through complex decisions, and enabled growth by aligning people, technology, and purpose. Her dual background as an engineer and finance leader gives her a unique perspective on how innovation and disciplined execution create sustainable impact.
She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Strategy at Jacobs Solutions, a Fortune 500 leader in infrastructure and sustainability services, and previously held senior leadership roles at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), a global leader in energy technology and oilfield services.
She has also brought her expertise to the boardroom, serving as Audit Committee Chair at PA Consulting and as a director of Arabian Drilling Company and ChooseU.
Fluent in five languages, Claudia is a frequent speaker at international forums on strategy, governance, and leadership.
She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Javeriana. Her vision in founding WISE is to create a trusted space where women can connect, be vulnerable, and grow together—in leadership and impact.

Ileana brings 20 years of international experience in finance and leadership across complex, high-stakes industries—from the energy & renewables sector to media—spanning roles in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Her international career achievements have been centered on restructuring underperforming business units, strategic planning, building and leading multi – cultural teams, defining project finance strategies associated with company scale-ups, leading finance transformations and post M&A integration activities.
Currently, Ileana holds the role of CFO at Energy Intelligence Group (Media & Publishing), and was previously a Senior Consultant for X1Wind, a start-up pioneering a disrupting technology in Floating Offshore Wind, backed-up by European Commission; she also led a 17 yrs career in various finance leadership roles at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), global leader in energy services.
A Harvard Business School alumna and holding a BsC in Accounting & Management Information Systems , she’s known not only for her financial acumen but also for her commitment to transforming and empowering the next generation of leaders, collaborating with various NGOs (‘ Be the Business’ and Harvard Women Student Association).

Throughout her 18-year journey with SLB (formerly Schluberger), global leader in energy services, Sama has held progressive leadership roles across Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, and Europe, culminating in her current position as Finance Director, Europe. Her earlier roles—from operations controllership in North America to leading reporting and consolidation functions in Houston, to heading general accounting in Malaysia—have honed her ability to balance strategic oversight with operational depth, and to lead high-performing, multicultural teams through change.
Sama holds a BA in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Punjab and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Beyond her financial leadership, she is deeply committed to empowering women in the workplace through mentorship, sponsorship, and allyship, believing collective growth is the cornerstone of both personal and organizational success.

Lu is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience across the Americas, Middle East, and Africa, specializing in business development, strategic marketing, brand transformation, and organizational growth.
She is recognized for aligning corporate strategy with operational excellence, building high-performing global teams, and driving innovation in complex, multicultural environments.
Most recently, Lu served as Director of Marketing & Communications at ZeroSix, a pioneering company at the nexus of energy transition, voluntary carbon markets, and decentralized technologies. In this role, she architected and launched the brand from inception, designing its communications platform and positioning the company as a credible player in a rapidly evolving sector.
Previously, she was Administrative Director for one of the largest U.S.-based commodities trading firms. There, she led enterprise-wide initiatives, managed cross-functional international teams, and spearheaded the digital modernization of marketing and customer engagement strategies while providing strategic counsel to C-level executives.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Lu holds a Senior Business Education in Marketing from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration from Estácio de Sá, Brazil.

Her accomplishments include designing and implementing new target operating models to transform and optimise business functions, developing Customer Success functions and retention teams that delivered double-digit growth, establishing offshore operational teams, and leading award-winning customer experience programs based on the design and implementation of company-wide CX strategies.
