WISE (Women Inspiring Supporting and Empowering each other) is an initiative to accelerate women's readiness to assume leadership positions. The WISE programs are designed to empower women in their leadership journeys by providing networking platforms, mentoring opportunities, and development programs. It focuses on raising awareness of common behaviors that hold women back, sharing experiences, and accelerating readiness for decision-making roles.

We currently offer two programs:

WISE Global Connect – Designed to build self-awareness, enhance networking, and overcome common professional challenges faced by women.

Leadership Program – Tailored for more senior leaders, focusing on advanced leadership topics and skills to support transitions into higher-level management roles.

 Both programs run for six months
